With over 20 years of experience, Glenn is deeply rooted in the Memphis community, having grown up in the city, graduated from the University of Memphis, and worked with major employers such as the Shelby County Tax Assessor, Methodist Hospital, and FedEx.

An experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker serving the Memphis Metro and West Tennessee areas. She honed her expertise in commercial development during her tenure as Economic Director for the Lakeland, Tennessee Chamber of Commerce, where she tripled membership and successfully attracted a national grocer to the region. Ginny also played a pivotal role in redeveloping the 160-acre mixed-use project, The Lake District, and was instrumental in securing approval for renovations for Gateway Tire, a national tire chain.
With extensive experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, Ginny is dedicated to fostering growth and delivering tailored solutions that meet her clients' needs. She is licensed in Tennessee and North Carolina and brings diverse skills and knowledge to every transaction.
Ginny is also deeply committed to community involvement. She has been an active fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Make-A-Wish. She is a founding member of the Cape Fear Professional Women in Building, established in 2021, and in 2022, she was honored with the Realtor's Commercial Alliance of Southeastern NC Commercial Real Estate Rockstar of the Year award.
